Making A Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card or debit card only.

We use the PayPal secure payment system.

This provides security, for both Customer and Supplier.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Any product can be returned within 7 days of purchase, for a full refund,

provided that it is still in a saleable condition.

Return packing and postage is at the expense of the purchaser, unless previously agreed.

The above Returns Policy does not apply to Trade purchasers.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To prevent fraud, Refunds can only be made onto the same credit, or debit card that was used to make the purchase.
Cash refunds cannot be made for items purchased by credit or debit card.
Refunds are limited, to a maximum of the purchase value paid.
No consequential loss or compensation requests will be accepted.

Delivery is usually within 21 working days.

You will be advised, before purchase, if this is not likely to be the case.

In the event of a delay, beyond 21 days, a full refund can be requested.
